The arrows looked fine when they showed up, but after checking them over, a couple felt a bit rough and one of the nocks was loose. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but for the price I expected better quality control. I also never got any follow-up, which was disappointing.

I reached out to Merlin for some advice on matching arrows to my bow, and they got back to me quickly with a proper, useful explanation rather than just trying to sell me something. Maybe a little more detail would’ve been nice, but what they said made sense and the parts worked well once I got them. Overall, I’m really happy with the help.

Had to send something back to Merlin Archery. It was okay overall, nothing terrible. Just slower than I expected. Emails took a bit to get replies too, which was a little frustrating at the time. Refund did come through in the end though, so no major complaint. Just not the smoothest return experience.

I ordered a few small bits and pieces from Merlin Archery recently, and overall it was a straightforward, positive experience. The thing I appreciated most was the shipping cost, to be honest. With some shops, you add a couple of little items to your basket and then suddenly the postage is nearly as much as the order itself, which always feels a bit ridiculous. In this case, the delivery charge was reasonable, clearly shown before I paid, and didn’t feel like a nasty surprise at checkout. The parcel arrived without any issues, everything was fine when it turned up, and there really isn’t much to complain about. Based on this order, I’d be happy to use them again.

The bow came tuned really well and was ready to shoot right away. It shoots nice and smooth, so if you're on the fence, I'd say it's a solid choice. Definitely worth checking over like you would with any new bow, but mine was set up great from the start
